Abnormal hydraulic pressure is the most common fault. The main phenomenon is that the system has no pressure, the pressure is not adjustable, the pressure fluctuation is unstable, and the unloading is out of control.
1.During the operation of the hydraulic press, the system has no pressure or a sudden pressure drop and cannot be adjusted. In most cases, it is the problem of the pressure regulating system itself. The reasons should be found from the following aspects: the damping hole of the relief valve is blocked; There is foreign matter on the sealing end face; the main spool of the relief valve is stuck in the open position; the electromagnet of the unloading reversing valve is burnt out, the wire is broken or the electrical signal is not sent; for the proportional relief valve, there may be an electrical control signal interrupt.
2. The hydraulic press is restarted after being stopped for a period of time, and the pressure is zero. The possible reasons are: the relief valve is rusted in the open position; the hydraulic pump motor is reversed; the hydraulic pump is not sucked in oil due to the blockage of the filter or the leakage of the oil suction pipe.
3. The possible reasons for the zero pressure phenomenon of the hydraulic press after the installation, disassembly, and replacement of the maintenance components are as follows: the hydraulic pump is not installed tightly, and the working volume cannot be formed; the hydraulic pump is not filled with oil, and the sealing oil film cannot be formed; the reversing valve core is installed reversely. If the valve is installed reversely, if there is a U-shaped reversing valve in the system, once it is installed reversely, the system will be released without pressure.
