1. The temperature of the hydraulic oil is too high
Hydraulic oil is the medium of hydraulic pressure in traditional work. If the oil temperature exceeds a certain range, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will be damaged to a certain extent, the lubricating oil film will become thinner, and the working efficiency of the hydraulic system will be greatly reduced. Excessive oil temperature will lead to accelerated aging of rubber seals and shortened life. Tightness is also lost, eventually leading to leaks in the hydraulic system.
2. A large amount of air is mixed into the hydraulic system
The situation where a large amount of air is mixed into the four-column hydraulic press system will be: the hydraulic lock actuator is extremely unstable, causing air corrosion and dry friction to the hydraulic components, which will greatly shorten the life of the hydraulic components to a certain extent. The related equipment will vibrate, there will be noise, and the slider will crawl and other symptoms.
3. The working oil of the four-column hydraulic press is polluted and deteriorated
In harsh environments for a long time, impurities and contaminants can be mixed into them. If the contaminated hydraulic oil enters the pump and valve, it will cause scratches and damage to its surface, so that the leakage will be more serious.
