5. The solenoid valve has been used for too long, the valve core is worn, and the leakage is large, then resulting in pressure failure；
6. Leakage of the pressure-maintaining one-way valve (if there is one on the oil line).
·In order to ensure the stability of the hydraulic press, when using hydraulic oil, we must pay attention to the following points:
（1）For long-term use of hydraulic oil, oxidation and thermal stability are the factors that determine its temperature limit. Therefore, the working temperature of the hydraulic oil should be lower than the temperature at which it starts to oxidize for a long time. The process of storage, handling, and filling to prevent oil from being contaminated. Regularly check oil products and establish a regular oil change system. The storage capacity of the oil in the oil tank should be sufficient to promote the heat dissipation of the hydraulic system. Keep the system sealed. Once leakage occurs, it should be eliminated immediately.
（2）How much hydraulic oil should be put? Generally, the hydraulic oil release amount of a hydraulic press should be about 100kg. Only the hydraulic press has high strength and high precision, it can process qualified products. The size of the strength has a great influence on the stamping work. In the production of punching high-precision workpieces or cold stamping with strong continuity, we should choose the four-post hydraulic press with high precision and high rigidity.
