The flushing cycle of the hydraulic system is determined by the structure of the system and the degree of contamination of the system. If the sample of the filter medium has no or little foreign contaminants, install a new oil filter, remove the flushing plate, and install the valve to work.
Planned maintenance, establish a regular maintenance system for the hydraulic system, and better maintain the hydraulic system. The daily maintenance points are as follows:
(1) Repair the leakage in the system; regularly flush the inlet oil filter of the oil pump;
(2) Regularly flush the inlet oil filter of the oil pump;
(3) Check the hydraulic system and replace the oil at most 500 hours or three months;
(4) Check whether the hydraulic oil is acidified or polluted by other pollutants, and the smell of the hydraulic oil can roughly identify whether it has deteriorated;
(5) Make sure that no foreign particles in the hydraulic system enter the oil tank from the breather cover of the oil tank, the sealing gasket of the oil return line, the plug seat of the oil filter, and other openings of the oil tank.
