The four-column press is an oil pump that delivers hydraulic oil to the integrated cartridge valve block, distributes the hydraulic oil to the upper chamber or lower chamber of the cylinder through each one-way valve and relief valve, and makes the cylinder move under the effect of high-pressure oil.
Maintenance tips are as follows:
1. The oil temperature of the four-column press is in the range of 15 to 60 degrees Celsius.
2. The four-column pressure oil is strictly filtered before it can be added to the fuel tank.
3. The operating oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months;
4. The slider should always be filled with lubricating oil, the outer surface of the column should always be kept clean, and oil should be sprayed before each operation.
5. If the nominal pressure is too high, the load will be too high and the deviation will occur. If the deviation is too large, it is easy to cause the column to be strained or to show other undesirable phenomena.
6. The four-column press calibrates and checks the pressure gauge every six months;
7. The four-column press should be out of use for a long time, and the exterior of each plant should be wiped clean and coated with anti-rust oil.
