1. The working oil of the hydraulic press is recommended to use No. 32 and No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the oil temperature is in the range of 15 to 60 degrees Celsius.
2. The oil of the hydraulic press is strictly filtered before it is allowed to be added to the oil tank.
3. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months.
4. The slider should always be filled with lubricating oil, the exposed surface of the column should be kept clean frequently, and oil should be sprayed before each work.
5. The maximum allowable eccentricity of the hydraulic press is 40mm under the nominal pressure of 500T. If the eccentricity is too large, it is easy to strain the column or cause other undesirable phenomena.
6. The hydraulic press calibrates and checks the pressure gauge every six months.
7. If the hydraulic press is out of use for a long time, the surfaces of all parts should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
Safety maintenance operation matters:
1. Those who do not understand the structural performance or operating procedures of the hydraulic press should not start the machine without authorization.
2. During the working process of the hydraulic press, the overhaul and mold adjustment should not be carried out.
3. When the hydraulic press finds serious oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable action, loud noise, vibration, etc.), it should stop analyzing the cause and try to eliminate it. The abnormal machine should not be put into production.
4. The hydraulic press must not be overloaded or used beyond the maximum eccentricity.
5. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider, and the minimum closed height of the mold shall not be less than 600mm.
6. The grounding of electrical equipment must be firm and reliable.
7. Put the slider to the lowest position at the end of the hydraulic press every day.
