Each hydraulic system must be flushed before it is put into use, and the purpose of flushing is to remove contaminants, metal chips, fibrous compounds, iron cores, etc. remaining in the system. During the first two hours of work, even if the system is not completely damaged, will also cause a series of failures. So follow the steps below to clean the system oil circuit:
(1) Clean the fuel tank with an easy-drying cleaning solvent, and then use the filtered air to remove the solvent residue;
(2) Clean all the pipelines of the hydraulic system. In some cases, the pipelines and joints need to be impregnated;
(3) Install an oil filter in the pipeline to protect the oil supply pipeline and pressure pipeline of the valve;
(4) Install a flushing plate on the collector to replace the precision valve, such as an electro-hydraulic servo valve, etc.;
(5) Check whether all pipelines in the hydraulic system are of proper size and connected correctly.
If an electro-hydraulic servo valve is used in the hydraulic system, the flushing plate of the servo valve should allow the oil to flow from the oil supply pipeline to the collector and directly return to the oil tank, so that the oil can circulate repeatedly to flush the system and let the oil Filter out the solid particles. During the flushing process, check the oil filter every 1-2 hours to prevent the oil filter from being blocked by pollutants. Do not open the bypass at this time. If the oil filter starts to be blocked, change the oil filter immediately.
