The Shuntec hot forming machine also called the thermoforming machine, is guided by quality graphite-impregnated self-lubricated bronze bushings and four solid, chrome-plated posts. The Shuntec hot forming press is professionally developed for the IMD industry (in-mold decoration & injection technology). It’s widely used for film forming, PET, PVC, and other sheet forming. By using far-infrared radiation heating, the film or sheet is evenly heated by the non-contact heating method. The temperature of the molds and workpieces are then maintained by a constant temperature device such as an oil temperature controller. The molds are then clamped and bring the pressure of the cylinder to complete forming instantly.
