4、The slider should be injected with lubricating oil frequently, the appearance of the column should be cleaned frequently and oil should be injected before each work.
5. The maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load under the nominal pressure of 500T is 40mm. If the eccentricity is too large, it is easy to damage the column or cause other undesirable phenomena.
6. The hydraulic press shall calibrate and check the pressure gauge every six months.
7. If the fire extinguisher cylinder hydraulic press is out of use for a long time, the surface of each added part should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
