·Precautions for hydraulic forging press during operation.
(1)More than 80% of the contact surface between the flange and the beam of the hydraulic cylinder, which needs to be closely touched. However, due to the long-term use of some hydraulic presses, the accuracy of the touch surface has been damaged, forming part of the touch. The supporting reaction force of the beam at the part of the touch increases sharply, resulting in early damage.
(2)The connecting bolts between the flange of the cylinder block and the beam of the hydraulic forging press are often loose. If they are not tightened in time, the cylinder block will move and hit, which causes the contact surface of the beam to continuously sag, forming part of the contact. Some small hydraulic machines use snap rings or keys at the bottom of the cylinder to fasten the cylinder and the beam, which has a certain effect on preventing the loosening of the cylinder.
(3)The oil tank of the hydraulic forging press should be well protected from freezing to avoid leakage. In winter, it is especially important to pay attention to it and do a good job of preventing it in advance. Secondly, according to the change of temperature, replace the appropriate hydraulic oil. Finally, the smooth operation of the hydraulic forging press must be in place, and the lubricating oil should be added regularly to avoid damage to the hydraulic components.
