The pressure of the hydraulic press depends on adjusting the pressure valve of the hydraulic system, adjusting the pressure of the pump by looking at the pressure gauge, adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder after completion, and controlling the pressing speed by adjusting the throttle valve of the hydraulic system or changing the output flow of the hydraulic pump.
There are two kinds of speed control circuits commonly used in the hydraulic speed control systems of hydraulic presses: step-less speed control circuit and step speed control circuit. Among them, the stepless speed control circuit is divided into the saving speed control circuit and the volume speed control circuit according to the speed control method.
1.Save the speed control system. According to the valve opening of the flow operating member of the hydraulic machine, the system to achieve the purpose of speed regulation can be divided into the saving valve device on the oil supply road and the saving valve device on the oil return road on the branch oil road.
2. Volume speed control system. According to the discharge of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor of the hydraulic press, the system achieves the intention of speed regulation.
When adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic press system, pay attention to the following:
1.The pressure of the hydraulic press system shall not exceed the pressure of the pump. unless pressurized.
2. The actual pressure of the pump depends on the size of the load, which is automatically formed and not adjusted.
3. Reduce the pressure of the relief valve, close the outlet of the pump, adjust the relief valve, and increase the pressure of the outlet of the pump until the required value.
