The high-alumina ball powder forming process is generally made by manual batching, static pressure forming by a high-alumina ball powder forming hydraulic press, and sintering in a high-temperature roller kiln. The inlet temperature of the high-alumina ball in the roasting furnace is 850-950°C, and the outlet temperature is controlled at 430-490°C.
