Solution: Carefully check the position of each flow valve, make relevant adjustments to the relief valve, increase the pressure by clockwising the handwheel of the relief valve. Then tighten the handwheel. Make sure the gap between the valve core and the valve hole must be controlled within ≤0.008mm.
2、The spring of the filling valve of the main cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press is broken, and the sealing degree of the filling valve is not up to standard
Solution: replace the spring and grind the sealing surface of the filling valve to ensure that there will be no leakage.
3、The sealing ring of the main cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press is damaged, and the pressure oil in the upper and lower chambers is connected
Solution: Replace the sealing ring. If the inner wall of the main oil cylinder is strained, it should be repaired and smoothed to prevent the sealing ring from being damaged.
4、The sound of the four-column hydraulic press system is abnormal, and the vibration is relatively large
The possible cause is that the filter of the fuel tank is blocked by an unknown substance, and the oil suction of the hydraulic pump is blocked.
Solution: Clean the filter. During the inspection, not only check the oil pollution but also filter the oil pollution or directly replace the oil with new oil.
