The three common pressures of four-column hydraulic presses are working pressure, rated pressure, and high allowable pressure. The following is an introduction to the difference between these three pressures:
Working pressure: The pressure output by the hydraulic pump of the four-column hydraulic press becomes the working pressure when it is actually working. The working pressure depends on the size of the external load and the pressure loss on the oil discharge pipeline and has nothing to do with the flow of the hydraulic pump.
Rated pressure: Under normal working conditions, the high pressure of the hydraulic pump of the four-column hydraulic press that runs continuously according to the experimental standard is called the rated pressure of the hydraulic pump.
High allowable pressure: When the four-column hydraulic press exceeds the rated pressure, according to the experimental standard, the high-pressure valve that allows the hydraulic pump to run for a short time is called the high allowable pressure of the hydraulic pump. If this pressure is exceeded, the leakage of the pump will increase rapidly.
