Many tea leaves need to be made into tea cakes for reasons such as convenient transportation and collection, which requires the use of special equipment for pressing tea cakes. Shuntec Machinery has designed a tea cake briquetting hydraulic press, which is used to compress tea leaves into tea cakes. According to the type and characteristics of tea leaves and the specifications of the tea cakes to be pressed, various small-tonnage tea cake briquetting hydraulic presses can be customized. It can also be matched with manipulators and feeders to achieve automated production.

The Working Principle of The Tea Cake Briquetting Press

Add the loose material into the large hopper above the dosing cylinder. Oil is fed into the rear cavity of the feeding cylinder, and the piston rod is extended and reset. And then oil is fed into the rear cavity of the sub-cylinder, which drives the piston rod and punch of the master cylinder to press down rapidly. When the punch enters the mold cavity, the rear cavity of the master cylinder enters the pressure oil, the main cylinder starts to attack to compress the material to form a crumb cake. And after the pressure is maintained, the main cylinder retreats slightly, the rear cavity of the auxiliary cylinder enters the oil, the piston rod retreats, drives the extraction block to retreat to the position where the cake block can be ejected, and the main cylinder continues to descend. After the pressed cake is pressed out of the mold cavity, the front cavity of the auxiliary cylinder enters the oil, the piston rod extends, and drives the block to push the cake out of the cake, and reset simultaneously. Oil is fed into the front cavity of the rear sub-cylinder, which drives the piston rod and punch of the master cylinder to rise and reset, completing a cake-pressing cycle and entering the next cycle.
