（1）There is too much air in the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic press. Troubleshooting: Exhaust through the exhaust valve; check whether the air is sucked in from the sealing ring of the reciprocating part of the piston rod, or replace the sealing ring.
（2）The operation of the hydraulic pump is irregular. For example, the vibration noise is large, the pressure fluctuation is severe, the pump rotation is blocked, and the phenomenon of slight seizure is caused.
（3）Hydraulic cylinders with buffer devices in hydraulic presses. When starting in the reverse direction, the one-way valve orifice is too small. It causes oil volume too small by entering the buffer chamber, and even happen a vacuum occurs. Therefore, the moment that buffer plunger leaves the end cover, it will cause the piston Temporary cessation or retrogression. The method of exclusion is to enlarge the orifice of the one-way valve.
（4）When the piston moves at a high speed, the steel ball of the one-way valve follows the oil flow. It will block the valve hole and causes irregular movements. Troubleshooting: When the passing flow is large, it should be changed to a cone valve structure with a guiding shoulder.
（5）Because the inner layer of the rubber hose is peeled off, the oil circuit is always open and closed. It causes the hydraulic cylinder to act irregularly. The method of exclusion is to replace the rubber hose.
（6）The hydraulic press has a certain lateral load.
