· Features of the thermoforming press:
1）The speed of this machine can reach up to 250MM/sec, and the impact noise does not exceed 80 decibels.
2）It uses a carbon fiber heating tube with rapid heating and uniform heating, and it can continue burning for more than 6000 hours. Staff operating this machine for a long time can strengthen human blood circulation.
3）This machine can be used for both forming and punching as long as the mold is changed.
4）When on standby, the external radiation power only accounts for 10% of the heating power, while the machines on the market are as high as 50%. In summer, 10 sets of 4KW conventional IMD equipment need to be equipped with 10 sets of 5P air conditioners, while our equipment only needs 2 sets.
