The hot press molding machine is a professional equipment developed for the IMD industry and film, PET, PVC, and other sheet materials. It uses far-infrared radiation to uniformly heat the sheet, and then passes through a constant temperature device, and the pressure of the oil cylinder makes it instantly shaped. This machine can be used for both forming and punching as long as the mold is changed.
· The following are the precautions for using the IMD thermoforming machine:
(1) First, the operator should be familiar with the general performance and structure of the IMD thermoforming machine, and overload use is prohibited;
(2) Before using the machine, the operator should lubricate and refuel as required, and check whether the high-pressure pump, pressure gauge, various valves, and sealing rings are normal;
(3) Before starting the machine, check whether the mold is matched, whether the material weight meets the requirements, and whether the weighing tool is accurate;
(4) When pressing, the mold must be placed in the center of the backing plate, and eccentric use is prohibited;
(5) Before starting the machine and after the pressure test, check whether the mold is cracked or not;
(6) When operating by multiple people, a dedicated person should start the machine and coordinate with each other;
(7) It is strictly forbidden to put the hand and head between the mold and the indenter;
(8) After the work is completed, the pressed products, tools, and molds should be organized and placed in the designated place.
