In daily use, the most common failure in the four-post three-beam hydraulic press is abnormal pressure. The following analyzes the causes of the abnormal pressure in the four-post three-beam hydraulic press, and finds out how to deal with the abnormal pressure.
1. The hydraulic system has no pressure
(1) During the operation of the hydraulic press, the pressure of the hydraulic system drops to zero and cannot be adjusted.
Reason: The problem of the hydraulic pressure regulating system itself, the orifice of the overflow valve is blocked, there is the foreign matter at the sealing end of the overflow valve; the main core value of the overflow valve is stuck in the opening position, and the electromagnet of the reversing valve is burned out, that causing wire break or loss of electrical signal, causing electrical control signal interruption.
(2)The four-post three-beam hydraulic press restarts after being suspended, and the pressure is zero.
Reason: The open position of the overflow valve is rusty, and the motor of the hydraulic pump rotates; because the filter is blocked or the suction pipe is leaking, the hydraulic pump does not suck oil.
2. Low pressure of four-post three-beam hydraulic presses
Reasons: (1) The hydraulic pump of the hydraulic machine is worn out, forming a gap, which makes it impossible to adjust the pressure and reduce the output flow.
(2)The main valve body and the mating surface of the hydraulic pressure relief valve are worn, which reduces the operating pressure of the relief valve and reduces the system pressure.
(3)The seal is damaged, which reduces the system pressure and cannot maintain the original pressure.
(4)There are gaps in the relevant valves and valve plates in the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press, which constitute leakage and reduce pressure.
3. The four-column three-beam hydraulic press has high system pressure and the adjustment is invalid
Reasons: (1)The hydraulic pressure relief valve does not work, and the main valve body is fixed or rusted in the closed position, which will inevitably cause the system pressure to rise and cannot be adjusted.
(2)After the pilot operating circuit of the hydraulic pressure relief valve is blocked, the operating pressure increases sharply, and the system pressure also increases sharply.
4. Pressure drift or fluctuation of four-post three-beam hydraulic press
Reasons: (1)The main reason for the pressure drift of the hydraulic press is the change in oil temperature. When the oil temperature rises, the oil viscosity decreases, which causes the system pressure to change.
(2)The hydraulic system design of the hydraulic machine is unreasonable. Such as the hydraulic pump is too large, and the actual load flow is small. Then the system has leaks and then increases system pressure drift.
(3)The cooling capacity of the hydraulic system is poor.
(4)If the adjusting bolt of the hydraulic pressure relief valve is loose, the pressure of the system will also drop. The parameter drift of the pressure valve control circuit will cause signal drift, which will cause the operating pressure to drift eventually.
